This specially trained professional provides personal care for all pregnant women before, during and after delivery. Patients in the Practice are cared for by the Fforest Team. Each patient has her own midwife during pregnancy and either she or a member of the team will come to the hospital and may deliver the baby. Patients can also discuss the option of home delivery with the midwife. The community midwife can be contacted on
