We are a group of seven GPs caring for approximately 8,000 patients.
We work closely with other health professionals to provide high-quality care, with a strong focus on prevention and supporting patients to manage long-term conditions.

Nursing Team
Nurse appointments are available Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon. Our nursing team provides a wide range of clinics and treatments.
Services include cervical screening, wound care, ear syringing, injections, flu immunisations and travel vaccinations.
Advanced Nurse Practitioner: Lisa Arnold can assess, diagnose and prescribe for minor illnesses and has specialist expertise in diabetes, COPD, heart failure and anticoagulation.

Community Midwives
Community midwives provide care before, during and after pregnancy. Patients are supported by the Fforest Team with continuity of care.
Home birth options can also be discussed where appropriate.

District nurses support housebound patients and those recently discharged from hospital, providing ongoing nursing care at home.
