COVID-19 Information

UPDATED - COVID-19 VACCINE

Please do not contact the practice asking when you will be offered the vaccine.  The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisations has advised the government on the priorities for the vaccine and these will be strictly adhered to.  We will contact you when it is your time for the vaccine.  We want to roll out the vaccines as quickly as possible but we also have our daily general workload and having to deal with unnecessary queries will only delay us.  Please visit the government website www.gov.wales/coronavirus for further guidance.  Additionally GP's will not write letters to support shielding patients, again you must follow the government guidance.

Please follow the link below if you are a carer and have not yet completed a carer's form at the surgery.  Please do not contact the surgery to request to be added to our carer's list as we have already completed the vaccination's for our existing carer's.

The link below gives up to date information on the vaccination roll out for Swansea.  You will be able to check which group you are in and the dates when you should be vaccinated.  There is no need to contact the surgery as we use this information as well.  Please make sure that all your contact details are up to date, i.e Address and Telephone Number's.

Our appointment system has been changed to protect patients and staff from contracting the Coronavirus.  All patients will need to telephone first!   GP's will assess patients case by case and arrange for you to be seen at an appropriate time.  Our phone lines will now be open from 8am to accommodate demand.

If you wish to order a prescription on this website please click the on-line service button and scroll down to the bottom of the page.  If you are registered with my health on line you can also order your repeat medication via this website.  Alternatively, there is a box located at the main reception doors which you can post your paper order through. You will be asked to nominate a pharmacy that you wish to collect your prescription from.  This is to limit the amount of people needing to attend the surgery.  This will be added to your record and all future prescriptions will be sent to your nominated pharmacy until you tell us otherwise.

Please allow at least 3 working days from ordering before collecting, but do not order more than a week in advance as your order will be rejected.  Please do not phone to see if your script is ready.  We do not accept any telephone calls to order medication.
