Complaints (and Compliments)

Our aim is to give all patients the highest possible standard of service but occasionally there may be aspects of our service you may wish to complain, or raise a concern, about.

Certain problems can often be sorted out by a direct discussion with a doctor during the consultation. Alternatively your first point of contact should be the Practice Manager who can give you a copy of the Complaints Procedure and will do their best to deal with the matter immediately.

There may be a need for the Practice Manager to seek additional information about the circumstances surrounding the complaint and so an instant answer will not be possible. If so, the Practice Manager will advise you of their intentions and will seek to address your complaint in accordance with the complaints procedure deadlines.

If you need help in making your complaint you can contact the Community Health Council on 01639 683490.

The staff at Cwmfelin Medical Centre do a difficult job. Although they may not always get things right, when they do provide good service it is extremely rewarding if their efforts are recognised and they are told accordingly. Compliments are always welcome.

Please download a copy of our Complaints Procedure and form, please complete and return it to us, alternitively ask at reception for a copy.
