Zero Tolerance

Anybody exhibiting inappropriate behaviour may be removed from the Practice List.

We will not tolerate any violence or abuse towards any of the staff, associated staff or other patients at any time.  Any inappropriate behaviour or misuse of our services will result in a WARNING LETTER being sent to your home address and recorded on your record, any further offences will result in removal from our practice list and you will be asked to find another doctor.

For more serious episodes such as threatening or violent behaviour, will result in immediate removal from our practice list and such incidents will be reported  to the police.
