Some services are not covered by the NHS. For these services you will be asked to pay the appropriate fee in advance. Regrettably this payment policy has been forced upon us as we do not have the time or resources to chase debtors.
Please do not ask for credit as the answer will only disappoint you. Payment by cash is preferred due to the cost of depositing cheques.

Some of these services take longer than a standard appointment so please tell the receptionist what the appointment is for when you telephone.
The receptionist will be able to advise you of the cost at the same time.
