We use an online consultation service - Patient Triage. The link will be available for 1 hours everyday to ensure anyone trying to contact us is able to. This is a great way for you to contact our practice for appointments and non-urgent medical or admin requests. It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us. Although the character count is limited on the form, please try to give as much specific and concise information as possible. Relatives, friends, carers and neighbours can fill it out for patients and you do not need to register for this service. We really think it is easier for most people than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist but would love to hear your feedback. If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone you can call reception instead.
Click here to order a repeat prescription - ordering via the NHS app (as detailed above) will be easier for you as you will be able to see your most up-to-date medical record. Please register ASAP as we will be phasing this route in 2024. Please note that ordering prescriptions on our website with not be possible after the 31st May 2024.
